Hi everyone!
My wife and I started homebrewing in October of 2011 - we bought the Brooklyn Brew Shop "Everyday IPA" along with a few homebrewing books (most notably "Brew Craft") and haven't looked back!
Since our first brew, we abandoned the kit and started designing our own all-grain recipes with great success. To date, we've made 15 batches in 6 different styles.
We have big aspirations to start a small brewery in my home town of Windsor, Ontario (across the border from Detroit, MI) but have a long way to go to learn our craft. I'm fine with this part - I get to keep brewing (and drinking) beer along the way!
