We've been conducting a survey in various cities in the SF Bay Area where we ask people what types of businesses they would like to see in their neighborhood. In the city of Alameda, they top request from people is a brewpub.
We've collected over 300 surveys in Alameda through Spotmojo.com and Patch.com. Most people are looking for something like Pyramid's, but probably smaller. They want a brewpub that brews their own craft beers and serves good food.
