Hey guys I did my first wheat beer last night All grain. Very pumped! I used the Safbrew WB-06 because I wanted to go straight wheat style. It says to ferment at 59-75 degrees. Is there any problem if i ferment in the mid to low 50's? Or is that too cold for that yeast?

I wouldnt recommend it. it may be too cold for the yeast and put alot to sleep, plus the ester profile would be entirely different than it is meant to be
