Hey guys,
I heard from someone, and in fact saw it on a package of polyclar, that you could add it when kegging. Can you just wait for it to settle out then dump the first glass of beer or so, or do you have to filter it or rack it again. Seems to me if it settles, you could just draw most of it up in the first glass or so? Is this reasonable?
