Hello all I have been brewing for a year now and have been trying some different things .I found a red beer kit that I love and add vanilla chocolate and some coffee to the wort and boil it but was would like to know how much honey to use insted of sugar?

Instead of sugar? Add it during your boil. you can substitute 3.3lbs of extract for 3 lbs of honey in an extract 5 gallon recipe if you like. I will just add about 2 lbs of honey to a 6.6 lb extract recipe. I add later in the boil, about 20 minutes to go.It is a fermentable no doubt.
