burrs on new pex manifold?

hoping someone whos made a mlt manifold from pex can share how they cleaned off the burrs and such after cutting their slots. i cant seem to figure out a good way of getting all of these burrs cleaned off.

A rat tail(round)file should do it.
Or you could wrap some sandpaper around something that would fit inside the pex, like a smaller diameter tubing.
 
I just made a PEX manifold (with copper 90s and t's) and used the straight end of a stainless steel racking cane to clean up the burrs on the inside. It worked pretty good. Then I used a brush to clean up the smaller stuff. On the outside I just used a straight blade knife.


Old post, I know, but then again I don't know why people have problems with someone resurrecting an old post.
