Island mist already at .992!

Hi All

I started an island mist blueberry pinot noir last week went to transfer to carboy, its at .992 on the hygrometer. Been at that for 2 days (lower than what the instructions say it should be after secondary fermenttion, should i still let it sit in the carboy for the 10 days or can i move to step 3? I understand that I if it wasnt .996 or less then I would have to wait!

Thoughts are appreciated!
