Is the best way to avoid the DMS from Pilsen to boil 90 min and reduce the Pilsen to 50% of base malt?

90 minute boil, and chill it fast. That boils off most DMS precursors and by chilling keeps those precursors from becoming DMS.

No need to reduce the amount, but a longer boil is good. When i use 50% pils and above, I always do a 90min boil (typically use a hop schedule starting at 60min. though). A longer boil, as well as allowing your boilpot to vent properly are you two best friends in minimizing DMS precursors.
