Any recipes for Beta Grapes? From what I can learn, they aren't very good for wine, but I wouldn't mind giving it a shot. I am open to mixing them with something else. I got a free gallon bag from my neighbor and put them in the freezer.

Beta grapes?

Treat it like a concord wine, but it might be very acidic. If they taste very acidic in the must, you could try lowering the acidity with some calcium carbonate. I've never had beta grapes available, but I've used concord grapes and catawba grapes with pretty good results. It won't be like a traditional wine, but it might be a decent drinking wine!
