So I want to reaffirm the knowledge on this great site. WLP500 yeast is not a 24 hour starter. Like others mine took ~30 hours to get going. What made me uneasy is I split my wort w/ Platinum series Antwerp ale yeast and it took off in ~8hrs.
So I'll follow up with taste reviews on this Dubbel w/ the different yeast.
