I'm an all-grain homebrewer and recently read something about bulgur, which I guess is a partially modified wheat berry. Has anybody out there ever used this in a mash? Seems like it might have application for a wheat beer. I'm guessing the problem is the cost. Like buying a processed cereal product and then smashing it to powder to use in baking
