Hop Tea? (adding ibu's post boil)

Or whatever the process is of boiling some hops in water to up the ibu's in a batch of beer after boiling process is called. Couldn't find it under hop tea.

Does anyone know of a formula or standard process of doing this. Say 1oz of hops in 1/2cup of water or what? How long would you boil?

This would be for a 5.5gal beer 1.060OG and a 1.010FG estimated.

If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated can seem to get any answers on this process.

It all came out fine, the beer is good. My process was to get some OG in the hop solution to help with utilization and to help from thinning out the original beer.
