I have an apple wine with 1 stick of cinnamon stick that has been going for a few weeks. Would adding a Carmel syrup and nutmeg to a secondary turn this into something that's fantastic? Just wonder what everyone thinks?
 
I have read a lot on that but don't have time to go threw all 1000+ post... Just trying to get a quick answer about adding Carmel and nutmeg to secondary.
