I have a spare keg and coupler, I'd really like to be able to ferment/carb/ and serve 13 gallon batches all in the same container (my pipeline can really only handle 5 gallon batches now)
I did some skimming over the pressurized fermentation thread (holy crap over 100 pages) and would like to give it a try.
I would need every part to attach and operate a spunding valve attached to a sanke coupler.
Does anyone have one they'd be willing to sell/trade? I have a milwaukee pH51 meter I don't really use (with calibration fluids) that I feel would be a comparable trade for a well crafted spunding valve assembly.
