I got a package of Muntons KreamyX Primer and just wanted to know if anyone had any experience with it. If it improves amount/quality of head ill give it a whirl as I would have liked a bit more than my last brew (3/4 cup corn sugar, carbonation was at a fine level, but very little head if any at all). If not I'll go back to old faithful, corn sugar haha. This is what it lists as ingredients:

Dextrose, Spray-Dried malt extract, Propylene Glycol Alginate

Looks like all it is is a mixture of sugar and DME. The Propylene Glycol Alginate is a thickening agent of some kind. I myself have just been using DME to prime with good results.
