Hell yea!
Went to the Upper Crust in Northville, CT tonight for a Dogfish Head dinner. It was sponsored by the Northeast DHF regional manager (crap, I forgot his name). Very interesting. The menu:

Course 1: Very nice blue cheese salad served with Raison D'Etre. Decent combo. Good beer.
Course 2: Pulled pork sandwich served with 90 minute IPA. Great f'in combo!
Course 3: Shrimp Jambalaya served with Palo Santo Marron. Did not care what was served with this beer. It's FANTASTIC!!!
Course 4: Lamb kabob served with Midas Touch. Not bad. Kinda ho-hum after the other beers we had up to that point.
Course 5: Some kind of dessert served with Chateau Jiahu. I skipped dessert because I'm on a diet (LOL) and went straight for the beer. Loved it. Kinda Belgianeske...

Great dinner fest. Only complaint was we needed more beer!!!

Sounds great! I'm pretty sure you mean Dogfish Head not Doghead Fish but that's probably all the alcohol talking :) Glad you had a great time, I'm jealous! Gonna have to try the pulled pork with 90 minute. I make a mean pulled pork sandwich!
