It seems like there are a few others who have made this beer. I bottled mine last night, and upon passing light (from a flashlight) through the beer, I notice a cloudiness, especially in the neck, as well as what looks like a "stringy" cloudiness. I tried to take a picture, but it's difficult to see without rotating the bottle slightly. I thought at first this was sediment, since I looked at one of the last bottles, but it appears to be present at all points in my bottling process.

Basically, I'm not entirely sure whether or not I've successfully made beer or some other kind of noxious poison. It was in the primary fermenter for 2wk 2 days, initial SG 1.042, final SG 1.015.

RDWHAHB! Give it some more time to settle before you worry. It's only been one day.
