Hi All,

As it turns out, I thought there was no rinse agent in our diswasher and couldn't figure out why they weren't carbonating, then I ask my wife if she put any in and she had.

My question is, if I put in carbonation drops and re cap them, will I get carbonation? Thanks!

Kevin

I'm sure rinse agent would kill head, but I can't imagine it would stop them from carbing. I'm not sure how much would really get up inside with them upside down, unless a nozzle happened to be directly under the opening.

how long in the bottle?

Yup, it will bother your head retention, but will not affect the yeast eating sugar to carb your beer. Give it more time at 70F.

Thanks Guys. I wasn't sure if the temp was too low or not. They are carbing, just very slowly. I'll move them to a warmer spot.
