Mash
Single infusion mash. 152F for 60 minutes.
batch sparge with 168F water

0.50 oz Centennial [10.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 4 15.9 IBUs
0.25 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Boil 45.0 min Hop 5 4.0 IBUs
1.00 oz Ahtanum [6.00 %] - Boil 30.0 min Hop 6 14.6 IBUs
0.50 oz Centennial [10.00 %] - Boil 15.0 min Hop 7 7.9 IBUs
1.00 Tab Whirlfloc - Boil 15.0 Minutes
0.50 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Boil 5.0 min Hop 8 1.7 IBUs
0.50 oz Centennial [10.00 %] - Boil 0.0 min Hop 9 0.0 IBUs


Yeast & Fermentation

US-05

Ferment at 68 for 14-21 Days.
Keg and crash cool for 30 days (not necessary but that's what i did)



Recommendations for next time. small amount of cara-pils to help with head retention. It loses head pretty quick.

There really isnt a story other than I own a Lab and he likes to lick people.
