Ok Im changing the Bombshell Blonde up a bit for 07. I got the grain bill down to what I want, but Im coming up with a brain fart on what to hop it with.

8 lb German Pils
.5 lb Vienna
.5 lb Wheat

US-56/maybe Nottingham

Ok so I was thinking around 20ish IBUs. Its going to be hot soon so what I'm really looking for is a thirst quencher. Any of you have a certain hop combo you're really happy with?

I agree! I love those blondes in the summer... Especially the ones running around in tiny little bikinis. Oh and the beers too!!

What style category does a blonde fall into? I've thought about doing one but I'm not sure what water profile would be best suited. Pilsen maybe?
