I've seen a few of these threads lately, and have been impressed with the input.
I've been informally going with Lake Hills Brewery, simply because I live on Lake Hills Drive and it works... not because I really love the name. I've always wanted to work something into the name about my ancestry, namely the Polish, German, and/or Finish. Would prefer comical in nature, like the Stubborn Pollock Brewing, The Drunken' Pollock Brewery, or something along those lines...
