If I have 16 gallons of wort at 1.053 and boil it down to 11 gallons, what is the gravity of the wort? Is there a calculator for that?

Here is a quick stab at the math:
16/11 = 1.45
1.45 x 53 = 77
answer = 1.077 ?

Correct.
OP, it's [starting gallons]/[ending gallons]*[starting points of gravity]=[ending points of gravity]
In concentration talk, V1*C1 = V2*C2, (volume 1 * concentration 1 = volume 2 * concentration 2). Simplifying to get C2 gives you C2 = V1/V2*C1, which is the same equation as above...
