I was hoping that a few here may have used a stainless prep table for a brew stand. I'm looking at a 24"x60" table on ebay and will be doing a single tier, 3 kettle setup for 5 gallon batches. My major concern is weight. Any thoughts?

Examples of the table:

I like the one with the back splash, stuff won't roll off the back.

The second one (w/ backsplash) looks to be stronger as it says the TOP is reinforced with hat channels. I'm pretty sure there are some threads here showing what others have done with these types of tables.
