I was thinking I'd like to do a wheat IPA. For whatever reason, I haven't encountered a recipe for one or heard of a brewer making one. Is there a reason for that (something regarding who a wheat beer with hoppiness would turn out)?
Even if there isn't a recipe, I'd sure like to give it a try all the same.
Also, are there any recipes for hoppy stouts? From what I know, the style has a minimal IBU rating, but I'm just out looking for rebels of beer style. :rockin:
