I want to make a spiced winter ale like the blue moon spiced amber ale. Let me know what you think of these ingredients.
Grains: caramel 80
LME: dark 6lbs and amber 3.3lbs
Hops: Amarillo for buttering and nugget for aroma
Spices: cinnamon sticks, ginger, nutmeg powder
I'm not sure what type of yeast to use. I was considering the dry yeast I've been working with. Along with the priming sugar unless there are different sugars that would help the cinnamon spice flavor?
Those are just the ingredients as far or boiling the brew I will still need to consider that.
