I'm looking to make some hard cider I made 6 gallons last year and it was really dry and bitter I used 5 gallons cider 2 pounds light brown sugar and 2 pounds dark brown sugar and 1 pound of honey forget what yeast I used think it started with an ( m ) monechet I think anyway any help or maybe a different recipe would be great willing to dry anything thank you for any ideas
