Calculating grain absorption in BIAB

So I know that typically you lose about 12% of water in your grains for a typical all grain batch, but if you squeeze the grain bag in BIAB, how much would I get back, if any? In other words, how do I calculate water loss in BIAB?
 
Sorry, I did a search after posting this...disregard this post. It seems as though it's about .06 gal per pound of grain. Got a little antsy on my posts.
