Tried this same question with Vancouver HBTers to no avail, so I thought that I'd expand my horizons.
According to the water profile information on BeerSmith and the Metro Vancouver 2008 Water Quality Report, it seems that Vancouver, BC's and Portland, OR's water profile and pH are almost the same in a lot of ways; although Vancouver's chloride to sulfate ratio is much lower numerically than Portland's.
Anyway, seeing as there seem to similarities, are there any Portland HBTers out there who have experience in treating their water for different styles?
Let me know if you need more info, and thanks in advance.
Cheers
