Hey folks,
I am pretty much starting over a five gallon, all-grain stovetop system and I'm looking for some feedback. . .

Right now I am thinking about 2 32 quart kettles (one brew kettle and one HLT) and a 10 gallon beverage cooler as my MLT.

SS weldless ball valves on each. . .

Sound good? Would a March pump be overkill?

Sounds good, except for the pump, which may be overkill. Gravity will be good enough.

If you were doing 5 gallon all-grain batches how would you transfer hot liquor to the MLT and the wort from the MLT to the boil kettle?

I'm used to doing extract batches on my stove, the volumes are much more manageable. . .

I would go with a 60 qt kettle, for 10 gal batches.

I have a converted keg and burner that I use outdoors for my 10 gallon batches. I'm not sure I'd be able to bring 10 gallons to boil on my stove. . . Sure would be nice though.
