I recently took a trip to Sin City and part of my trip involved a required trip to try Triple 777 brewery inside of Main Street Station just off of Freemont St. While there I ordered a "sampler" of their beer which included 5-5 oz beers. One of which was their seasonal brew. After I ordered my sampler I jokingly asked if the brewer was there that day and she asked if I wanted to speak to him. I very graciously took her up on that. The brewer came out and began talking to me and the others at my table for approximately 20 minutes about his equipment, process, general chit chat about him. He was a VERY friendly man and I was very appreciative of him taking time out of a brew day to come visit with customers. If y'all get the chance head out there. There beer was great and the brewer was even better.:rockin:

I'm a Vegas local and I love hanging out at main street station. They've got great beer for a great price. It's like a beer oasis in a desert full of bud light. If you come back you should also check out the Ellis Island Brewery. They're my other go to spot. $2 20oz micro brews (they also do their own root beer) and some of the best ribs in town. You can get a full rack and sides for like $13.

In a town without a lot of brewpubs/microbrews and craft breweries like Las Vegas I've enjoyed Triple 7 when I've been there. You can get the waitresses to bring you their beer for free when gambling too, instead of the usual Coors Light or Heineken. Down Fremont Street is Chicago Brewing Company in the 4 Queens, worth checking out too.

Vegas seems to be picking up in terms of beer at least. Holsteins in Cosmopolitan had a pretty surprising selection when I was there. Didn't get to check out 777, but went to the Freakin' Frog which was a weird place, but good beer.

I enjoy The Pub at the Monte Carlo. It's been a couple years since I've been but I don't seem to recall all those craft brewers being around. Obviously I need to go back and check these places out.

I just visited there. Beers are nice, the brewery itself is really nice. The casino, on the other hand, wasn't so kind to me :)

We had a nice bartender who gave us all beers on tap for our sampler so we could try them all. Score!

Edit: If you're ever there M-Th, check out Todd English's P.U.B. (at the Aria) for a great selection on happy hour (1/2 off brews). They also have a 7 second challenge, where any beer ($10 or less) that is drank within 7 seconds is free.
