will do. will also post after brew session to give actual OG reading

Ya im brewing our Oatmeal Stout next weekend, it looks the same. Im using a little less pale malt and more chocolate and victory. My LHBS did not have the yeast you are using so im using White Labs British Ale #WLP005

sounds good i was thinking about doing more chocolate but wasn't too sure so i decided not too since its my first oatmeal stout to brew. i was actually going to use white labs british ale myself before i found the last of the wyeast british ale II at my LHBS

hmmmmmm ya i use beersmith and im going to use 9.00 lbs of Pale malt, 1.00 lb of Crystal, 1.00 lb of chocolate and another 1.00 lb of Victory.

beer tools. some say they have trouble with it but i can't find anything to complain about with beer tools.

yeah thats pretty close to what i have. i'll have to try something like that out next time and see which variation comes out better.

alright sounds good. you might have to next day air me a bottle :D just kidding.
