I'm brewing a festa brew kit Blonde Lager as my first beer. SWMBO is privy to lagers and given the fact that I'm trying to start some major brewing, I figured I'd go with the blonde as the first one. After 2 weeks in primary and 2 weeks in secondary, I racked to the keg and tasted the beer. To me, it has a skunky taste and is maybe a little sweet tasting, kind of tastes like a corona or something, but maybe not as skunky lol. It was also a bit hazy, not clear by any means. I had covered the beer in a garbage bag while in the carboy so it wasn't exposed to much light of any kind. I'm curious if this will work itself out as it conditions in the keg??

Sounds like some light did get to it and reacted with the hops.
Some garbage bags are thicker than others and maybe some UV got through it.
Is there any chance the sun got to it? Even 5 minutes will do it.

The beer will clear out eventually after a bit more time and a few more pints get drank.
