I am looking for an extract recipe for a clone of bells hopslam ale.

Thanks
JOE

if you find a all grain recipe some of the HBT'ers along with myself will more easliy help you convert from all grain to extact

Well, this isn't a recipe, but I've read on several sites that it is brewed with some honey. Also, knowing Bell's, this probably has centennial hops in it (hopefully).

What yeast would be used for this? In that link the person doesn't list the yeast used and has anyone tested this as an extract? The AG I believe has 10.5 oz of hops while the Extract lists about 8?

Would like to get this as close as possible to the original.

Harvest the yeast sediment from the bottles.
