I want to brew the West Coast Blaster recipe from Brewing Classic Styles. It calls for the use of English Pale Ale malt but I don't have that. What I have is American Pale Ale malt and Marris Otter. Which do you suggest I use to sub for the English Pale Ale? I suspect that it would turn out well either way but just looking to stay as close to the original recipe as I can. Appreciate the help.

Maris Otter is a very good Winter variety of English 2-row Pale Malt.
