Briess Pilsen Extra Light Liquid Extract 5lb
Briess Bavarian Wheat Liquid Extract 3lb
Briess Pale Ale Malt steeped 155 60 minswith the following
Briess Flaked Wheat 1lb
Briess Flaked Oats .5 lb


hops
Columbus Pellets 1oz at 60 min boil
Cascade Pellets 1 oz at 30 mins
Australian Stella Pellets .5 oz at 5 mins and .5 oz at flame out
1 oz sweet orange peel at 10 mins boil
Coriander Seed - 1 oz. at 10 min boil
White Labs American Hefe - WLP320 yeast
oak chips in secondary for 2 weeks

any input would be great
 
I've never brewed anything similar, but have been researching beers with coriander and orange. It seems only .5 oz. of crushed coriander is a common amount.
 
Looks pretty bitter for a wit..... I dont know what the alpha acid content of your columbus hops are, they are generally pretty high. Probably cut it down to .25 ounce.

edit hahahahah just noticed it is a white ipa! recipe looks great...
