I have the following items on hand. I can make a run to the LHBS tommrow.
I can go extract w specialty grain or whole grain, 5.5 gal as my brew pot & equipment won't accomodate the 10 gal batch.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to a recipe?
I got my new temp controler so my options have opened up quite a bit.

1 x DEXTRINE (Carapils®)
1 x MUNICH MALT 1 lb
1 x HONEY MALT 1 lb

Danstar Windsor Ale Yeast 11grams

Maybe an ESB? Whatever you make I would go easy on the honey malt, I have found it to be rather assertive.

Thank you for the suggestion. I am researching and still have not made up my mind. I have never used honey malt, bought it in a fit of on line ordering after reading someone else's recipe so I will keep your comment in mind when looking at recipe's.
thanks again.

Take what you have and add

1.5 lbs of Munich 10L
6 lbs? of 2-Row

As far as hops, use a nice citrisy hop for approx 35 ibus and you'll have a nice session beer.
