Ok, this is an odd question I think, but not one that I have the answer to as I am using my 14.5 Gallon Blichmann conical only for the second time... I am also honing in my new all grain setup and am not sure of the exact amount of beer that I transferred and being that I have only used the conical once before (late last year), I am not sure where 10 Gallons is. Can anyone that uses the Blichmann tell me where it roughly is based on liquid location? I am currently filled around the point shown on the attached. Just want to make sure that I shouldn't have topped off with some water as I was 4 points high, but concerned about filling too high. Thanks.
