Any regulations / issues against a Microbrewery in a basement setting?

Hello all,

I have run out of space. If I had my actual brewing operation run in the basement of a bar, would there be any issues that I would need to be concerned about, i.e. health code violation for some reason in the state of IL, or perhaps pressurization issues with getting a liquid product elevated to the 1st floor?

Looking forward to hearing some thoughts.

Talk to your lawyer.
Ask on probrewers.com - since professional brewing and home brewing are two completely different sets of legal regulations.
