5.5 lb (2.5 kg) Wheat malt

Mash in at 54 C, hold for 30 min
warm up to 65 C, hold for 20 min
warm up to 73 C, hold for 20 min

So this is my second all grain beer (first with my "own" recipe). Beer turned up quite well. Huge head similar as in all wheat beers. Actually i'm not happy with the taste, i wanted this huge banana flavours like weihenstephan wheat or something like that. SO IF YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS HOW TO ENHANCE BANANA FALVOURS PLEASE REPLY :) ! It's not a bad beer it's simmilar to erdinger. Problem is that i live in Slovenia so it's hard to get any other hops than Styrian, Aurora or Cascade. So guys please reply I'm happy if you criticise, anything, just to make good beer :)! Thank you!!!
