I have a big question, I'm trying to brew a Citrus Weizen and I was trying to be lazy about the zest so I bought a bottle of Lemon Peel from the spice isle, but when I got it home I read the label and found that it also contains Sulfites (a Preservative also found in most wines.) I was wondering if they 1 ouch of peal and the little bit of preservatives would give me a problem, or should i just be unlazy and shave the peel like a normal person, only problem i have with that is once i shave the lemons I waste em, since I have no other use for. Please let me know what you think since i'm at a loss here.

My vote (since it's Super-Duper-Extracalafragalistic-Tuesday): Zest real lemons then make lemonade with the rest of the lemons.
