So if the ph drift from mash temp to calibration temp is .2 - .35, what would it be from boil temp to calibration temp? And if all ph readings are done at room (calibration) temp why are there all these other ph #s out there? (Say at mash temp)(confusing rant) What is the method to figure drift at whatever temp?
