Hello,

I took my brewpot off the shelf today and it appears that it has a lot of rust.

I have a few questions,

Is there any way to salvage this thing? Can I still brew with it? How can I prevent this in the future? I usually clean my pot with chlorox. Could this be the problem? Thanks!
 
chlorox and stainless do not play well together. Chlorine will pit stainless. Post a pic so we can see and let you know.
