Anyone got any ideas on what i could do with these barrells that were once filled with maple syrup ans are now empty and in my garage. There is 8 of them

are they stainless? coated mild steel? Aluminum?
If they are stainless I could think of a lot of uses!

Make a 1bbl 3 vessel brewing system
Use them for rain water/wort-chilling water harvesting
Sell them for a bunch of money each (over 150 a piece easy)

oh just noticed the center bung...do they all have that?
certainly diminishes their usefulness...

I would turn them into either fermentors or boil kettles/MLT/HLT. If you don't want to do that I would sell them and buy something useful for your brewery

To be honest I would just sell them. You could buy a lot of nice stuff with the money from 8 stainless barrels.
