ok, my summit ipa has been fermenting strong for 6 days. i've had it in the primary for about 8 though. the airlock is going blup...........blup...........blup. it's slowed down considerably but seems like a little more then 5 a minute. should i move it anyways? my first three batchs didn't ferment this well (maybe that's why two got f'd up).

i was using the 1-1-3? what would be the benefits of transfering it now?

Let it sit a few more days. Secondary fermentation is a misnomer--it really just clarifies the beer. Let it finish in primary, then move it on over. Beer, while wonderful, is often not cooperative enough to stick to the 1-2-3 (or any other) schedule. :D
