How long does grain last

Specifically, crushed un-vacuum packed grain. I just ordered three all grain kits from Northern Brewer and they arrived in unsealed plastic bags. Should I refridgerate them?? or am I going to be brewing a lot in the next few weeks
 
Yes go ahead and refridgerate what you have to keep it as fresh as possible.
It'll keep quite a while in the fridge several months in the fridge won't harm it. But the sooner you use it the better.
