Tasting Notes
Crisp and clean with good carbonation and a subtle hint of ginger at the end.
This received a score of 197 out of a possible 295 in the Pearl Street Grill and Brewery Brewmaster's Challenge.

It's a pretty simple recipe, but using Indian coriander and fresh orange zest along with the ginger made it stand out over the other entries.

I used the zest from 2.5 navel oranges about the size of a baseball. Zest these on brewday.

Hey Congrats!!!! I love seeing local people win. This is the competition that they will brew this one now at the restaurant right?

Sorry for the lag in responding...but yeah, this is the one. It actually tastes better at home, but who am I to argue. :) I got it professionally brewed!
