I just bought a turkey fryer and it came with a 30qt aluminum pot. Will it be OK to use or will I get a metal taste in my beer?
Is it OK to use an aluminium brew pot?

Yes, it will be fine. Just don't use oxy cleaner to clean it.

I was just thinking I hadn't seen this question in a while. Anyway, some will say to make sure you get that gray coating on it first. You can just boil a bunch of water to get that oxidation layer. Do a search on it and you'll see this topic has been extensively covered.
