Just a quick post to ease my worries! Pitched a yeast starter (1000 ml). Into my 10 gallon batch of mild. 1.032 ish. Seems to have completed the main activity within 30 hours? This should be fine right!!!! Right guys (say yes). Haha

I had a mild ferment out in 24 hours using a 2000 ml starter of 1968. Completely normal with a small beer like this. Best of luck.

The only way to know is with a hydrometer, but chances are even if it's done, your yeast are going to need some cleanup time. My rule of thumb is 5-7 days after FG on the yeast.
