Not at all, in fact IMO you can run it through again. It's a little hard to tell but it looks like there still might be some uncrushed grain.
 
Yeah man,my thoughts as well. You want it to look like course bread flour. This works well for BIABtoo,which seems to need a finer crush ime. Stirring the mash to get rid of dough balls & evenly wet the grains is also important to higher efficiency of the mash. Thes two things will give a better quality of wort.
