I started a BW with the 3191 yeast on 9/03. I did a week of straight lacto fermentation (at close to 80*) and then added the 3191 and dropped temps to around 68* and let the 3191 work for a while. Gravity was 1.010 on 9/21 so I moved it back to the beer closet (around 74*) and it's been sitting there since. I saw a little more activity when I moved it to the beer closet but the beer is still super cloudy and has not developed a pellicle.

Should I expect it to clear in primary or will that happen when I keg? Should I cold crash before kegging? Is the lack of a pellicle concerning? It's in a 3 gallon better bottle with standard 3 piece airlock.

Once this is done I'll be brewing a Gose to throw on the yeast cake. Thanks for the help guys!!
